Jesus gibt Beispiel, wenn man scheinbar denkt, man würde Medikamente einnehmen:
Ok, well, I seem to take this medications. I am aware that it is illusion, so is everything here. So is everything. So what is the big deal?
I do not need to put so much emphasis on it.It is, what it is. I can make peace with what is.
I can love myself anyway. I can have peace of mind no matter what.
Wo mein Schatz ist, da wird auch mein Herz sein. Jesus, wie sammle ich Schätze im Himmel?
Kontemplation in Stille
- Peace is awakening, conflict is sleep.
- I can maintain peace of mind, no matter what.
- There is nothing wrong, everything is an illusion.
- Choose again, from moment to moment.
- The form is not me. I am not disturbed by outer experiences.
- Holy Spirit: How can I exemplify only love, truth, peace?
- How can I become a symbol of peace?
Set yourself aside. Remind: I am a mind, and mind is all open mind to love, the love that is, is. Nothing to try, or to do. Nothing to be a channel, just lay yourself aside and hear interpretations of the Holy Spirit. Be open to receive.
If you seem to have negative thoughts, choose again. Change the mind.
If you are thinking with the ego, you do not hear Jesus. If the ego tells you, you cannot hear Jesus say to yourself: that can`’t be true. I am hearing. I am one with all that is.
Jesus tells us, that if something feels good, then keep going with it, it’s not about judging or overthinking. Follow the good feelings and trust your inner guidance.
- Choose to look in the direction of hope. I can never be without hope.
- Pay attention by how you FEEL. Look forward to consistent peace, and mind of love.
- Notice, that is not love, I know it takes me nowhere. I want to practise forgiveness. The miracle then is the new experience in that.
- Practise state of mind: what triggers that comes up into my life, that upset me, then decide not to go this road taht one seems to be a trigger to be upset. It is just the false identity.
- Say to yourself: This is nothing. I am unlimited being, I am unlimited love.
- Jesus reminds us also: It is already over! The personal self is over. The moment I thought it is, it was over. I seem to be terrified because the personhood does not exist.
- Holy Spirit is always gentleness, love and compassion.
- Say to yourself: I thought, I could be something other then I was created to be. Can there be more than love, than everything? Beyond all?
- If it feels bad, it is not what I want. Do you want to continue this or not?
- The dream is contrast. Open yourself to love and that you are one within.
- When Jesus speaks „to us“ he just speaks to one. One mind.
- Experience is important, because by experiencing this is how you gain trust.
- There seem to be many forces but there is only one mind. Holy Spirit = Christ Mind. Just the ego mind seems to be many.
- Try to always extend, express love and forgive. Do not hate, do not blame, do not exclude.
- My function here is: forgiveness, peace of mind and to be one and home in the all that is. To wake up!
- Seperation does not exist. It is already healed. Wake up to this truth. I am still whole, as I created to be.
- It is done! Be patient, be loving, be kind and allowing for it to be, to be shown to you. Everything else: look at the correction with the Holy Spirit.
- There is no „Bread“ and there is no body.
- Ego wants to rush (it’s a trick). Do it step by step. The Holy Spirit is gentle and slowly, patiently he walks you home.
- My Life is my classroom. Who is my teacher? Choose Holy Spirit. And you choose light, kindness, love and forgiveness.
